The experience

Where In Symphony
comes to life.

The same catalogue lands very differently in a festival field, a cruise theatre, an arena and a ballroom. These are the four rooms we build for — and what changes in each.

An In Symphony production on a festival main stage with a packed crowd

01 — Festivals

Headline experiences built for big audiences.

A main-stage headline that doesn’t carry a heritage act’s fee — built to travel, built to change over fast.

A main-stage headline slot that doesn’t carry a heritage act’s fee. In Symphony productions are built to travel, built to change over fast, and built around the moments a field full of people will film and share.

Every show has a festival edit — a single 60–75 minute set that front-loads the recognition and finishes on the biggest singalong we have. We arrive self-sufficient, or we plug straight into your house rig and your crew.

What changes for festivals

  • 01Main stage and big-top ready
Full production supplied, or scaled to what your stage and power can carry.
  • 02Festival-length set edits
A tighter running order written for a field, not a theatre.
  • 03Fast changeovers
Stage plots, patch lists and a crew used to working to a festival clock.
  • 04Wet-weather ready
Covered-stage and reduced-line-up versions worked out in advance, not on the day.

A cruise ship at sea — In Symphony productions are re-orchestrated to sail

02 — Cruise

Bring the experience to sea.

Theatre-scale production designed to sail, re-orchestrated for the line-up your ship can actually carry.

Theatre-scale production, designed to sail. We re-orchestrate for the line-up your ship can actually carry, rehearse to your turnaround, and deliver a headline show that keeps working night after night.

That means charts written for your musical director and your orchestra, a technical package that respects a ship’s realities, and a cast who understand the difference between a one-off festival slot and a contract that has to hold up twice a night for a season.

What changes for cruise

  • 01Re-scored for ship orchestras
Arrangements rewritten for your complement rather than forced into it.
  • 02Residency and guest-artist formats
Full company for a season, or a flying cast for a headline night.
  • 03Repeatable and crew-friendly
A build your production team can run without us in the room.
  • 04Exclusive to the line
Territory or line exclusivity available where it matters commercially.

A packed arena bowl lit for a full-scale concert production

03 — Arenas & Venues

Big music deserves a big stage.

Full orchestral complement, LED content and lighting design — or a version tuned to a concert hall.

The productions scale up as far as the room does. Full orchestral complement, full LED content, full lighting and audio design — or a version tuned to a concert hall where the acoustics do half the work for you.

Racecourses, arenas, theatres and civic venues all get a different show, because they are different rooms. We’ll tell you which of the eleven productions fits yours before we tell you what it costs.

What changes for arenas and venues

  • 01Arena-scale production
Full show design, LED content and lighting supplied end to end.
  • 02Theatre and concert hall versions
Reduced production, expanded orchestra — the opposite trade.
  • 03Racecourse and outdoor events
After-racing and summer-series formats with a hard curfew built in.
  • 04Annual returning events
Refreshed set lists and new content so the same show sells again next year.

A gala dinner room set for a headline performance

04 — Corporate & Events

Make your event unforgettable.

The headline moment for a gala, an awards night, a conference close or a brand launch.

The headline moment for a gala, an awards night, a conference close, a brand launch or a party that needs to be talked about on Monday.

Corporate rooms have their own problems — round tables, a hard finish, a speech that overruns, a sponsor who needs to be visible. We build around all of it: shortened sets, branded LED content, set moments written for the occasion, and a company that can work a ballroom as convincingly as a festival field.

What changes for corporate and events

  • 01Flexible set lengths
Thirty minutes after dinner, or a full two-act show.
  • 02Brandable content
LED content, naming and set moments built around a sponsor or brand.
  • 03Awards, galas and launches
Show built around the running order, not fighting it.
  • 04Private celebrations
Weddings, milestones and parties, at whatever scale suits.

Technical delivery

Any venue.
Any rig. Any scale.

Every production travels with a full technical solution behind it — audio, lighting, video, staging and power, specified as one package and scaled to the room rather than cut down to fit it. We work to the venue’s requirements, alongside an in-house technical team or with our own touring crew.

Full technical package

Audio, lighting, video, LED, staging, rigging and power supplied and managed as a single solution.

Flexible and scalable

The same show delivered at festival, arena, theatre or ballroom scale — specified up or down, never redesigned.

Built to your venue

House specs, rigging points, power, load-in limits and curfews taken as the starting point, not an obstacle.

With your in-house team

Plots, patch lists and riders a resident crew can run alone, with our production manager alongside them.

Or our touring crew

Production manager, FOH and monitor engineers, LD, video and stage crew travelling with the production.

Design & pre-production

Technical drawings, CAD plots, previz and rehearsals signed off long before anyone travels.

Full production support

Everything you need
to be ready to go.

Tech rider

Audio, lighting, video and power requirements, input lists and patch, set out in full and scaled to your room.

Stage plot

Stage dimensions, riser positions, orchestra layout and sightlines, drawn to your venue before anyone travels.

Assets

Live production photography, show video assets, set lists and show write-ups.

Production management

A production manager from confirmation to opening night, working alongside your in-house crew or travelling with our own.

The In Symphony way

The orchestra is
part of the show.

Every arrangement is rebuilt from the ground up — bringing together the live orchestra, band, vocalists and creative production to transform iconic music into something familiar, yet completely spectacular.
